Organizing a Bus Trip to Road!

Traveling to Road as a group always adds to the fun! We invite guilds, travel agents and other groups to charter a bus and join the fun at Road! Not only will you leave the driving to someone else, but you’ll save money!

Road to California Bus Trip Program

Follow the steps below to ensure you’re ready for Road!

1. Complete the form below.
2. Our staff will get you the welcome letter by October 1, until then we will retain your completed form in our office.
3.  If you want to receive your tickets in the mail before the show, we must have your payment in our office by December 15, 2023. Please see ticket cost section below.
4. If you cannot provide payment by December 15, we will mail you a letter, map and window sign for the bus window. Our Bus Greeting Hostess will have your tickets for you based on the number of individuals you have told us will be arriving. Acceptable forms of payment at the show are correct change cash or check only. Our Bus Greeting Hostess do not have the ability to charge your credit card.
5. If you need additional tickets upon arrival for late additions, they will be available to purchase with Cash/Check only. Please note: our Bus Greeting Hostess do not have the ability to make change or charge your credit cards.
6. Refunds for unused tickets are not available at the show. However, please provide the unused tickets in a SEALED self-addressed envelope to the Greeting Hostess. Your refund check will be processed in 2-3 weeks after the conclusion of the show.
7. Please follow the above procedures. Refund requests that are not in compliance with the above rules on refunds may be delayed or not processed.

Ticket Cost

Tickets for bus trips of 30 or more are only $14.50, a savings of $4.50 per person. All bus trip tickets are multi-day tickets.  We will extend another discount for those tickets paid for via cash or check of 50¢ per ticket. The ticket is valid for all our days and includes Preview Night. Please Note: Tickets are only available for those attendees arriving on a bus. You cannot purchase additional tickets to sell to your guild members who are not arriving on the bus.

Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash and checks. We do give a cash/check discount of 50¢ per ticket.

You must register your bus using the form below to qualify for the discounted ticket price. If you do not register your bus using the form below the cost for tickets is $19 per person.

 Bus Parking

Street parking around the Ontario Convention Center is extremely limited. Please do not expect to be able to park your bus on the street. Parking passes are available for advanced purchase only for $40 per day.  We do not guarantee available for those busses who do not purchase their parking pass in advanced. On-site parking pass price is $60.

 Advertisements

If you want us to advertise your bus trip on our website, please indicate YES to bus trip advertisement on the form. We will list your bus trip on our website under our Bus Trip page.
